Kelly Hackbarth-Picard CEO, Hackbarth Delivery Service
When Kelly Hackbarth-Picard thinks about overseeing 44 locations, 200 employees, and 700 drivers, she admits that it sometimes feels like a juggling act. Picard was named CEO of Hackbarth Delivery service—a company that specializes in customized logistic solutions for shipments mostly coming from Fortune 100 companies—in November 2013. Since then, she’s led the company to significant growth. “My biggest successes are the people who make thousands of deliveries daily, which, in turn, impacts the lives of millions,” she says. “[Also], growing the company while simultaneously growing a family. We have six children and interestingly, after each child, we experienced substantial growth in business.”
Biggest woman power moment: “One has been getting the privilege to coach my daughters in volleyball. Through this, I have had a chance to influence the girls on their teams to be confident,
strong, and respectful young ladies and to lead their lives with a basis in Christian values.”
